Moonlight Leather Returns Policy
- Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind. If goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to, we will discuss the matter with you and either supply you with a Refund or Exchange.
- Please save your receipt. You will need your receipt if you need to return an item. We must receive your return and receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- If an exchange is required, Moonlight Leather must receive the original item from you before we will send out the replacement. You will be charged for any further shipping costs (except in the instance that the item was broken en route.) The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed to you.
- Items will be exchanged only if they are in original order ie. Not worn or opened. If you are returning a collectible item, the box and item must be in original condition.
